A new build with coastal vibes and modern amenities.
Having already completed another project for this client, we were humbled when asked to design a new home for them. Inspired by classic East Coast coastal architecture, we set to work on a design. Wanting to take advantage of the beautiful location and the views overlooking the Sauk River, we thoughtfully arranged rooms and window locations so that sightlines were visible throughout the home.
